Dinners for Eight PDF Print E-mail

Dinners for EightDinners for Eight is a group of eight people meeting for dinner & fellowship in someone’s home. It is a chance to get to know each other better than just saying “Hi” on Sunday morning. For each dinner, the host will assign a type of dish to bring, whether a main dish, salad, vegetable, or dessert. The makeup of the group and the hosting will be different for each event, so you will have the chance to connect with a lot of different people while having some great food, fun, and conversation. Dinners for Eight will take place on June 3, July 8, and August 5. If you would like to be included in one, you can go ahead and sign up for the dinners online. We will also have RSVP cards in the worship folders on Sunday, May 6 and May 13.

What Happens When You Dare To Ask God For The Impossible?

If youʼre like most Christians, audacity is not a word you use to describe your faith. The dictionary tells us that Audacity makes regular people behave with “boldness or daring, especially with confident disregard for personal comfort or conventional thought.” And, if you think about it, confident disregard for the status quo is the essence of the gospel. It describes the radical path Christʼs life took on earth. It goes to the heart of what it means to live by faith. The goal of this study is to inspire you to ask God for the impossible. And in the process, to reconnect you with your God-sized purpose and potential.
9:30 - Barry & Tori Brinegar - E16/18

What is God really likeWhat Is God Really Like?

Far too many people are satisfied with simply knowing about God, instead of actually knowing Him. This study will help you get to know the God of history, drawing you into a deeper intimacy with and knowledge of your Savior. So whether youʼre a seasoned seeker or a new Christian, knowing What God Is Really Like, will give you a new found strength and purpose for your life.
9:30 - Jeff Birch & Rob Taylor - E20/22
